    We diagnose the problem, then give you one written price for the whole job. You decide before any work starts, and nothing is added without your yes.

  • The diagnostic fee is credited

    If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic visit fee comes off the total, so you are not paying twice to find out what is wrong.

  • After-hours rates are quoted up front

    Calling at two in the morning? We tell you the emergency rate on the phone before we roll a truck. Never a surprise on the invoice.

  • Most repairs finish in one visit

    Our trucks carry common parts, so most repairs are done on the first trip, with shoe covers, drop cloths and a clean-up included.
