A real person picks up

Our dispatcher lives in the same zip codes you do. We ask what you are seeing and hearing, and if water is still running we talk you through the shutoff before anyone is in the van.

Step 1 of 4

  • We know Laguna’s old plumbing

Hillside homes from the 1950s and 60s often hide cast-iron drains, galvanized supply lines and clay laterals. We have opened up plenty of them and know what to expect behind the wall.

  • Salt air and hard water are our daily weather

Coastal corrosion eats exterior fixtures, and mineral scale shortens water heater life. We recommend what actually lasts here, not what looks good on a spec sheet.

  • Steep drives and tight parking? Handled.

We plan around narrow canyon roads, shared driveways and HOA rules, and we keep you posted by text so nobody wonders where the truck is.

  • Straight pricing, in writing

You get a flat-rate quote before work begins. If we find something unexpected, we stop, show you, and let you decide. No surprise line items on the invoice.
