What can we help with?

Call us for

One number covers everything below. A real person answers, so you never have to guess which department you need.

  • Answered 24 hours a day

    Emergencies

A burst pipe, flooding, a sewage backup, no water, or a leak that will not stop? Call right now. Emergencies are answered every hour of every day, and the after-hours rate is quoted up front.

    • About 60 min

Typical arrival in the Laguna Beach core

    • 60 to 90 min

      Newport Beach and Dana Point

  • Scheduling a visit

A faucet to replace, a water heater to look at, a drain that keeps slowing down? Tell us what is going on and pick an arrival window that suits you. We text when the plumber is on the way.

  • A firm price on a job

Describe the work and we give you a written flat-rate price before anything starts. If a diagnostic visit has to come first, that fee is credited toward the repair when you go ahead.

  • Commercial accounts

Restaurants, hotels, retail, offices and property managers: ask about preventive maintenance and fast-response service. Ask for Elena, who looks after our commercial accounts.

  • Billing questions

A question about an invoice, a warranty or a past visit? Call and the office will pull up your file while you are on the line.

Before you call

Two minutes of prep makes the call faster

If water is escaping, these steps limit the damage while the plumber is on the way. Then a few details help us send the right person with the right parts.

If water is escaping

  1. Shut off the main water

Most homes have a main shutoff by the water meter near the street, where the line enters the house, or in the garage. A round handle closes clockwise until it stops. A lever handle closes with a quarter turn.

  2. Turn off the water heater if it is leaking

Set a gas heater’s control to off, or flip the breaker for an electric one, so it does not run dry or overheat.

  3. Protect what you can

Move rugs and electronics out of the way, set out buckets and towels, and keep clear of outlets near standing water.

  4. Smell gas? Leave first

Get everyone and every pet outside, skip the light switches, and call 911 from outside. Then call us.

What to tell us

  • Your address, and whether it is a house, condo or business
  • What you see, hear or smell, and when it started
  • Whether the water is off, and where you shut it
  • The make and age of the water heater or fixture, if you know it
  • A cell number we can text, plus any gate code, pets or parking notes for the crew

Not sure what to say? Just call. We will ask the right questions and work it out together.

Why only the phone?

No forms and no email: calling is faster

We do not use contact forms or email for service requests. A form gets you a reply sometime later. A call gets you a person, an honest read on the problem and an arrival window before you hang up.

  1. 01

    A real person answers

No phone tree and no call center. The office knows the neighborhoods, the hillside streets and the older homes.

  2. 02

    You describe the problem

We ask a few simple questions and, if water is escaping, talk you through shutting it off while the plumber is on the way.

  3. 03

You get a firm price and a window

A written flat-rate price before any work starts, a real arrival window, and the after-hours rate quoted up front.

  4. 04

We text you on the way

And we call if anything changes. Most repairs finish in one visit because the trucks carry common parts.

No forms. No waiting.

Pick up the phone and we will pick up on the other end
